Mikito Ishida

I am a corporate lawyer with various experience in deal transactions as well as commercial disputes. Prior to becoming a lawyer, I worked as an investment officer for a Japanese venture capital, and thus one of my major workstream is advising investment funds (e.g., fund formation, regulatory advice, reviewing LPAs).
